Kymberley Dench provides specialist services based on the below terms and conditions. All clients are deemed to have read and agreed the terms and conditions set out below for all services.

In using any service at Kymberley Dench, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Fees/Deposits

  • $100 Deposit is required to book services with Kymberley Dench
  • If your Booking Fee is not received prior to your appointment, we will not tentatively hold the booking
  • Amount paid in your Booking Fee will be deducted from your total on the day
  • All booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable.
  • 14 days notice is required for rescheduling of ANY appointment

Refunds of Service(s)

  • Kymberley Dench does do not refund any service(s)
  • Once you have paid a deposit in full you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds shall be offered for change of mind, where a service(s) is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway

Child Safety Policy / Guests

  • We ask that you attend your appointment alone, guests are required to wait in reception.
  • Due to safety risk of children – we have a no child policy for the sake of their health and safety
